Terms
What you get when you buy Shotspa, in plain words.
Effective 9 October 2026. Shotspa is made and sold by Anurag Soni, an independent developer in India. Questions go to shotspa@anuragsoni.com.
Free trial
Shotspa runs with every feature for 7 days — no card, no sign-up. When the trial ends, Shotspa locks until you enter a licence key.
Paying
Shotspa is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price is $48. The first 50 copies sell at a launch price of $24; after that it is $48. Prices are in US dollars, with local taxes included at checkout.
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record. It takes your payment, handles tax, and emails your receipt with your licence key in it. Its own terms cover the payment itself.
Your licence
- Use Shotspa for personal or work projects, on up to 2 Macs you own.
- The licence doesn't expire. Shotspa checks it online now and then, and needs to reach the licence server at least once every 14 days.
- Moving to a new Mac: click Deactivate in Settings → License on the old one, then activate on the new one. If the old Mac is gone, email me and I'll reset it.
- Your key is for you. Please don't share, sell or publish it.
Updates
Every update is free, and installs automatically.
Refunds
Every feature is free for 7 days, so you know exactly what you're getting before you pay. Because of that, purchases aren't refundable. If Shotspa doesn't work on your Mac, email shotspa@anuragsoni.com and I'll make it right.
The fine print
Shotspa is made with care, but like all software it comes as it is — I can't promise it will be free of bugs or right for every use. As far as the law allows, I'm not responsible for losses that come from using it, and my responsibility to you is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you that can't be signed away.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
